All our rates include power, water and central heating.
Prices for Single Person
All tenants must pay a refundable bond starting from $700 for a Single, $900 for a Double and $950 for an ensuite room. Bonds are refunded at the end of the tenancy so long as the room is cleaned and undamaged. All tenants must purchase a mattress protector for their bed at a cost of $25 for a single or $30 for a double. This can be kept by the tenant upon vacating.
Prices for Couples
If Couples stay (not twin share) then an additional $50 is added to the rate for a Double room or an Ensuite room, and an additional bond of $100 is required.
The expectation is that your tenancy is for at least 4 weeks for both Single or Couple rates.
